Our Process Flow

How We Work

A Transparent, Technical Workflow

We bridge the gap between raw carbide rod production and finished tool manufacturing through a documented 6-stage conversion process.

Process Flow Diagram

01. Raw Materials

We begin with premium-grade carbide rods sourced from trusted manufacturers. Only defect-free, high-density raw materials are selected to ensure consistent performance and long tool life.

02. High Quality Grinding

The raw carbide rods undergo high-precision centerless grinding to achieve excellent surface finish, straightness, and diameter accuracy as per industrial standards.

03. Cutting & Profile Grinding

We perform precise cutting and grinding operations including length control, chamfering, slot grinding, and taper formation using advanced CNC grinding machines.

04. Processing According to Drawing

Each carbide blank is manufactured strictly according to customer-provided drawings. All geometries, tolerances, and technical requirements are carefully followed.

05. Laser Marking

Permanent laser marking is applied for identification, traceability, and batch control without affecting the carbide material or surface integrity.

06. Customized Packaging

Finished carbide blanks are packed using customized, protective packaging to prevent damage during handling and transportation, ensuring safe delivery to customers.
